Happy VPN is an anonymity, security and privacy service. You agree not to violate any laws of any jurisdiction you are originating from, or terminating into. It is the responsibility of you the user to know and understand any and all relevant laws pertaining to any venue or jurisdiction that concerns you and/or your actions.

P2P and torrent downloads are not allowed.

As a member, you agree to protect your user id/password and our system from unauthorized use. Sharing can result in account suspension and possibly no refund.

If the user has not connected to the Happy vpn, he/ she is eligible for a full refund. Any other refund request will be studied separately and we reserve the right not to issue a refund.

Happy VPN can not and does not guarantee uninterrupted service. In any event Happy VPN shall never be liable for any monetary damages beyond what the user paid to Happy VPN and this will not include court costs or attorney fees irrespective of any statues or laws that may be interpreted otherwise.
